SICAME Group continues its commitment in respecting the International Labour Organization’s core standards and particularly about the lack of work discrimination and the prohibition of forced labour and child labour.
Our International Framework Agreement (IFA), signed in July 2017, re ects this strong commitment and even more. It is a reference for our social policies in terms of safety, health and quality of life at work, of professional training and social dialogue.
This IFA is now circulated to all our subsidiaries in three languages: French, English and Spanish.
This requirement, which we will deploy individually to implement this framework agreement, will enable us to consolidate our values within SICAME Group. I am convinced that each of us will be keen to support these values and commitments.
