ENGINEERING
The Engineering represents the core of Salvi experience in the design and development of products for overhead transmission lines, having the Company acquired over the time the ability to design in compliance with the technical specification of the Power electrical grid and/or Customers worldwide. The Technical staff is constantly updated and operates with the most important Research centers, of which the main one is the Department of Mechanical Engineering of Politecnico di Milano.
SALVI
Is specialized in the execution of projects having high technological content, which require highly qualified internal organization, along with sophisticated laboratory devices, such as long crossing span (rivers, lakes, valleys, etc.), electricity lines with expanded bundles conductor, guyed structures, damping of quad bundle lines in operational in critical environmental conditions and damping of supporting cables for special structures (panoramic wheels, bridges, stadium roofs, etc.).
The manufacturing process is carried out in the Milano factory, equipped with many machines for the implementation of all the manufacturing process:
> hot dip galvanizing plan,
> assembling and finishing,
> packaging and shipping.
All the components manufactured by the Company partners or approved suppliers, rigorously linked to Italian supply chain, are collected in Salvi factory for all the necessary finishing, galvanizing, assembling, the quality control, the packaging and the shipment.
